Stressing With Yoga

With the day-to-day pressures of school, a career, resulting workloads, other
activities, social engagements, environment, etc., it is difficult to
comprehend such a basic idea that breathing exercises are the solution to
stress management. However, this idea of stress reduction has been taken a step
farther from controlling one’s breath to the practice of Yoga.
