Conclusion Based on Information Found on the Internet
The general trends of these sites are very similar to the general trend of our society.  Each diet is a method to easily lose weight and quickly lose weight.  Our society is looking for a work-free method of getting what we want.  What is this desired result: a slender body, not a healthy person who eats a well-balanced diet and exercises regularly, but a body dependent on the latest fashion model fad.  This trend is also unhealthy, these solutions may work for a short period of time, but they leave a person gaining more weight then they lost.  There are many products for sale, but there is no substitute to a healthy lifestyle—well-balanced diet and a regular exercise routine.
