Strategy in Malory's Arthuruan Legends 

Malory's Arhturian legends offer an almost constant series of games, contests, challenges and battles.  Throughout his works, knights' chivalry and prowess are tested by these engagements, and the outcomes--for  both good and ill--are used didactically to promote strategic thinking about conflict and cooperation.
