Photocopying
Online job submission - coming soon!
  • Electronic submission is preferred over hard copies
  • The preferred file format is Adobe Acrobat (.pdf), but we can accept standard Word (.doc), Excel (.xls) or PowerPoint (.ppt) files, too.
  • Every attempt will be made to honor reasonable requests concerning course related materials, but last minute or poorly timed requests, or requests concerning non-course related materials, may be refused.
  • You will be notified via email when your request has been completed, unless other arrangements are made.
Self-Service Photocopying
  • The Sharp AR-650 photocopier is a very capable and potentially complicated machine. Users are strongly urged to consult the manual (found in the pocket on the rear of the machine) if they have any questions.
  • Only use transparencies that are indicated safe for laser printers/photocopiers.
  • Notify the staff in the event of a serious paper jam or malfunction.
  • Please treat the photocopier nicely. A lot of people rely on this machine. Abuse it and you won't get to use it.
