Welcome to our website

The Cliffel Research Group in the department of Chemistry at Vanderbilt University is focused on electroanalytical measurements in nanoscale and biological systems, as well as synthesis and characterization of gold nanoparticles. We are located in Stevenson Center (SC) 5512/16 (instrumentation and synthetic) and SC 5526 (synthetic and nanomaterials laboratory) on Vanderbilt's campus.

July 30, 2015: Farewell to Matt Casey and our summer students.

We said goodbye to Matt Casey who defended on July 29th and our summer students Jen Lomaki and U.C. Obiako with lunch at Monells.

June 30, 2015: Congratulations to Dr. Jennifer McKenzie on her job!

The lab celebrated Dr. McKenzie's last day with lunch at Double Dogs.

Today was the last day for Eryn Stockdale, our summer student from the Naval Academy.
