The farmers who grow Cloudforest Coffee are indigenous Mayans who live in the
highland areas of Chiapas, Mexico. They live in a dense high-elevation forest
sustained by the moisture of constant clouds. From their fields, they can see
the mountain they call "Mut Vitz," and that is the name of their coffee
collective.
