Who I Am…

My name’s Katherine Miller, though I’m pretty fond of giving myself ridiculous nicknames from time to time. As I say on the front page of this blog, I’m a junior in A&S, majoring in English, with a few ideas about what I want to do career-wise, though nothing’s set in stone yet. At Vandy, I’m extremely involved in multiple divisions of student media (and can almost certainly answer any question you might have regarding that, or direct you to someone who could).
In terms of what I do and like and all, I read a lot (mostly blogs of all sort during the school year), have a few television shows I refuse to miss (Gossip Girl, How I Met Your Mother, and the occasional afternoon break of an old school Law & Order), and run four or five times a week. If it is played competitively, I will watch it, particularly any Major League Baseball or NBA game; and, like any good Washingtonian girl, I’m a diehard Redskins fan (and Wizards, Caps, and Nats for that matter, too).
I love the Southern elegance of the Peabody Campus architecture, and my favorite thing in Nashville to do is probably hit the Green Hills Kroger for a quick grocery store study break. Okay, that sounds terrible. Get back to me in a few months, I’ll think of something cooler.
