Change of Address
You can change your address information online:
1) Click on the Existing Members Login Here link2) Use your Online Account number and password.
3) Click on the Update My Directory and Address Information underlined link.
4) Enter your new address and/or biographical information in the Survey portion of the page. This biographical data will be included in the online Directory of Members which is currently available online.
5) Select Survey Instructions to clarify how to enter your survey information. The blue underlined link is located directly above the horizontal line in the middle of the page.
Alternatively, you may:
1) Select AEA Membership
Form in the upper left corner of the page and then
2) Click on Download Membership
Form (Do NOT use the online membership form for new members).
3) Point and click
the Update Information box in the upper right corner of the application form.
4) Place your cursor on a field, type in the information and tab to the next field.
If you are updating your biographical information for the Directory of Members, Survey Instructions can be printed out for reference as you enter data by selecting it from the menu underneath the AEA Membership Form button.
When you have completed the fields pertaining to address and biographical information (please skip over the Membership Dues section of the application), print all four pages. Fax all four pages to (615) 343-7590. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the information to be updated into our database system.
